Physical Therapy

Our core physical therapy services are available at this location, designed to meet you

wherever you are.

Whether you're recovering from injury, returning from surgery, or building back strength after a setback at work. We’re here to support you and get you back to living your best life.

  • Sports & Performance Physical Therapy is designed for active individuals who want more than basic rehab. Whether you're a competitive athlete, weekend warrior, or simply someone who trains hard and values performance, our goal is to help you recover fully, move efficiently, and return stronger than before.

  • Orthopedic Manual Therapy is a specialized area of physical therapy focused on treating the neuromuscular system. Instead of just giving you a list of stretches, the therapist uses their hands to apply pressure and manipulate the body. Analytic Movement is the "investigative" part of the process — identifying compensations like a stiff hip causing your lower back to overwork.

  • Total joint rehabilitation is a specialized recovery program for patients who have undergone — or are preparing for — joint replacement surgery. The goal is to ensure the new prosthetic joint functions at its best while protecting the surgical site, typically divided into three distinct phases.

  • Spine rehabilitation focuses on the complex relationship between your vertebrae, discs, and the nerves that travel through them. Our approach centers on restoring mechanical balance to alleviate pressure and improve stability.

  • When an injury happens on the job, the goal of physical therapy shifts from general wellness to functional restoration. We focus on the specific physical demands of your profession to ensure you can return to work safely, efficiently, and with a significantly reduced risk of re-injury.

  • Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) Recovering from a car accident is unique because the physical impact is often complex and delayed. While you might feel fine immediately after a collision, the internal strain on your muscles, joints, and nervous system can lead to chronic issues if not addressed early. Our MVA program manages acute pain while preventing long-term dysfunction.
