1-on-1 Personal Training
Personal training sessions are scheduled at your convenience, giving you the flexibility to train on your own terms. Before your first session, you will sit down with your trainer to walk through your goals, discuss any limitations, and make sure your personalized program is dialed in from day one.
Sessions are available at both our Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene locations, and packages are available with a sliding scale discount, with sessions starting as low as $60. Whether you are just getting started or looking to take your performance to the next level, there is an option that fits your budget and your goals. Group Classes
Our group classes meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with morning sessions at 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM and afternoon sessions at 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM, giving you the flexibility to find a time that fits your schedule. Classes are held at our Post Falls location and welcome participants of all ages and athletic levels.
Every class follows the same structured workout, with modifications tailored to each participant as needed. A coach will be hands-on throughout the entire session, ensuring you move safely and get the most out of every rep.
Before your first class, you will meet with Justin Knight, our Functional Training Director, for a brief consultation to make sure everything is in place for a smooth and successful start.
Group classes are $160 per month, and a free trial class is available for those who want to experience it before committing. Contact us today to get started.
