BPi Services at the CDA Resort Shops
Build a Recovery Routine That Fits Your Life
Recovery is not limited to the time immediately following an injury. It also includes how you respond to training, travel, stress, demanding work, outdoor recreation, and the pace of everyday life.
BPi Resort Shops provides several ways to make intentional recovery more accessible, whether you want to schedule one service or establish a more consistent routine.
Recover After Training and Recreation
Strength training, running, golf, hiking, cycling, skiing, and other activities place different demands on the body. Recovery services can provide a structured way to slow down, rest, and prepare for the next activity.
Recharge While Traveling
Long drives, air travel, changing schedules, and extended periods of sitting can leave people feeling physically and mentally drained. The downtown location gives visitors and business travelers convenient access to recovery-focused services while they are in Coeur d’Alene.
Support a Demanding Schedule
Work, family responsibilities, training, and community commitments can make recovery easy to overlook. Scheduling intentional time for rest may help you create a more sustainable routine around the demands of daily life.
Choose Passive Recovery Options
Many Resort Shops services are passive, meaning you can rest during the session rather than completing a workout or receiving hands-on treatment. This can make them easier to incorporate between physically or mentally demanding activities.
Combine Services Intentionally
Some people may use more than one recovery service during a visit or across the same week. A recovery specialist can help you understand how different options may fit together based on your goals, schedule, health history, and membership.
Move from Occasional Visits to a Routine
You may begin with a single session to learn how a service works. If you want to use recovery services more consistently, day passes and monthly memberships provide additional ways to build them into your schedule.
Day Passes and Regenerate Memberships
BPi offers several ways to access recovery services at the CDA Resort Shops. You can schedule an individual session, purchase a day pass, or explore a monthly Regenerate membership.
Eligible day-pass and membership services may include:
Sauna and cold therapy
Sauna-only sessions
PEMF therapy
Brainwave entrainment
Red light therapy
Compression boot therapy
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is scheduled and purchased separately. It is not included with the BPi day pass or Regenerate memberships.
Membership levels, included sessions, pricing, and terms can change. Review the current options with the Resort Shops team before purchasing.

Why Choose the BPi Kroc Center Location?
-
The Resort Shops location provides access to wellness and recovery services in the center of downtown Coeur d’Alene. It is convenient for local residents, downtown employees, Resort guests, business travelers, and visitors exploring the area.
-
Clients can explore hyperbaric oxygen therapy, heat and cold exposure, red light therapy, PEMF, brainwave entrainment, and compression recovery without traveling between several businesses.
-
You do not need to understand every piece of equipment before scheduling. A recovery specialist can explain how the services work, review relevant considerations, and help you identify an appropriate place to begin.
-
The Resort Shops welcomes walk-ins during business hours. Scheduling ahead is still recommended when you need a specific service, appointment time, or equipment reservation.
-
You can begin with one service, use a day pass to explore eligible recovery modalities, or select a monthly membership designed for more consistent use.
-
When another service or specialist is more appropriate, patients can explore additional BPi locations and health optimization services throughout the region.
-
The Resort Shops is part of the broader BioPerformance Institute organization. If you need physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, functional training, massage, or another specialized service, the team can help you find an appropriate BPi location or provider.
Your Starting Point at BPi
You do not need to know exactly which service you want before contacting the Resort Shops. Begin by identifying what you hope to experience or improve, and the team can explain the available options.
1. Identify Your Goal
Your goal may involve recovering after exercise, managing the physical demands of travel, creating time for relaxation, improving your recovery routine, or exploring a particular wellness technology.
2. Share Relevant Health Information
Tell the team about relevant health conditions, medications, pregnancy, implanted medical devices, recent procedures, or other factors that could affect whether a service is appropriate.
3. Choose Your Starting Point
Your recovery specialist can explain the available services, expected session length, pricing, membership eligibility, and what you should bring or wear.
4. Complete Your Session
The team will help you become comfortable with the equipment and explain what to expect. Many services are passive, allowing you to rest while the session takes place.
5. Adjust Your Routine
After experiencing a service, you can decide whether occasional sessions, a day pass, or a monthly recovery membership makes the most sense for your goals and schedule.

PEMF therapy uses pulsed electromagnetic fields near the body and is generally selected as a physical recovery or wellness modality. Brainwave entrainment uses rhythmic audio or light stimulation and is generally selected for relaxation, focus, or mental recovery.
